• Customer satisfaction is our first destination! 
  When shipping back, please make sure all merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still have the original package & gifts attached. you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Please note that customized items, including wigs and bundles with personalized color, cap size (other than standard small, medium, large), or any other special alterations, is not eligible for return or exchange.

You just need to return the package to our US warehouse.(Not the shipping address on the package! Don't accept refund if returned to shipping address)

2. Shipping the wig to our USA warehouse
3. We will return you full refund to your originial account within 1 work day
