2. If your address isn't the general physical address, eg. PO.box, APO.box, FPO.box, or other Unable to find addresses, we will contact with you at first. We will not ship the order until we get your reply.


3. If you can sign the package in person, please don't choose the no-signature service, because of the risk of missing package.


4. We will do our best to ensure that you can receive the package as soon as possible, and guarantee your best shopping experience at labhairs.com. If there are any problems or shipping updates, we will contact you in time via Email. So you can check your Email after purchasing for updates.

5.Taxes and duties are not included in the price of hair you purchase from our website.Buyers should be responsible for any taxes and duties in order to receive the package. These fees are not collected by labhairs so we cannot advise the amount, and it cannot be refunded,either. Please contact your local Customs Authority for information.
